HK-7SC 修邊機 Trimming machine
產品說明:(為配合工廠場地佈置,縮小桌板尺寸並附加安全護蓋裝置)
(1).鞋底毛邊之修剪例如:橡膠,塑膠,PU鞋,EVA發泡成型品等.
(2).鞋面內裡之修剪例如:女鞋,涼鞋,男鞋,滿幫鞋,長靴等.
(3).各種電腦滑鼠墊,体育用品之防撞護套,橡膠汽車零件毛邊之修剪.
(4).以及其他之橡膠,塑膠,皮革製品,電子產品,成衣毛邊之修剪
由於上刀之高速度切削以及下刀之帶動運轉,故任何毛邊都能輕易地完全修削清除而不傷到本體,提高產品品質.
本機裝置有水杯加水冷卻刀具磨擦降低溫度及裝置磨刀設備來磨上刀.
另有長靴用修邊機型"07UB352":可裝置擺動與旋轉支架在下軸前端，選擇適當的角度,即可修削長靴口之內裡或餘邊.

.Trimming the exceeding part of lining on the outside uppers for man and woman shoes.
.It's high cutting speed and counter-blade conveyer,allow it to make quick and perfect trimmings.
.The Knife can be quickly sharpened on a grinder which is driven by the main shaft.
.The machine is also equiped with suitable device,for sharpening the blades,and with tank containing the refrigerating liquid for cooling the blade.
"Oscillating and rotating rest" settled on the beam of the machine,allow to support the leg of the boots during the simultaneous trimming operation of the lining and spew.
